How to improve our oral enlish?.

i have past CET-6,but my oral english is bad. Every thursday i have the oral english class,my teacher is an enlish man,how lucy i am.but in fact,i always don't do actively in my class. it's also one of my big problems. many times when you try to express your feeling , and then you will find that you can not find right words. However,once you have tried ,it will be a good beginning. the oral english is very important.AT the begining of this year,I want to find a better job,so I vote consume in the internet.After some days ,a company telephone me to have a interview,but I need answer a few questiona in the phone,in my head,I can not remenber some fitful words.so I lose the opportunity.

Now,I also eager to improve my oral english.

Practice is the key. What you can also do is get an audio book and just repeat what the reader says.  Try to imitate the reader's pronunciation and you will be fine after a couple of tries.  Also, instead of translating everything in your head, just think in English, then you won't stammer as much.
