basically, in my mind, amounting to "I can't do anything, can we please
just close the issue and try again next time?" I explained why his plan
wouldn't work. He closed it anyway, giving this response:

were successful this weekend with the sth. The issues were minimal and we will

First let me say thanks for a

deferring the start of our by a couple of days so we will not need the sth

In general, I think the current
team is very good technically and architecturally (in terms of understanding
sth) but I think the skills (the general Approach toward /troubleshooting
issues) have room for improvement. I'm sure we will get better at this if we
work on this skills and I'm asking the more senior guys who understand what I'm
talking about to constantly mentor others on team with regards to this skill.
